Do I pay extra to work with you?
For most trips, no. Disney includes travel advisor commissions in their pricing, so you’re getting expert guidance at no additional cost. For smaller vacation packages under $4,800 (excluding airfare), a planning fee may apply to reflect the time and care that goes into designing your trip.

When should I start planning?
The earlier the better. The best resorts, staterooms, and dining reservations go quickly, and having more time means more options for your family.

What if I've already started planning on my own?
If you booked directly with Disney within the last 30 days and have not paid in full, Disney has a process for transferring your reservation to our agency. Email us at info@wheretogotravelco.com and we will walk you through it.

What if we have been to Disney before?
That is often when our clients see the biggest difference. We help you elevate the experience and avoid the "we didn't know what we didn't know" moments that even repeat visitors run into.

Do you only work with families?
Heck no! We plan couples trips, adult only Disney adventures, and even corporate incentive travel. If Disney is calling your name, we want to help.
